Requirements for using our hosted, free
newsletter software to power your website's custom branded email marketing:
1) You must be; or become, an affiliate of a Pulsar Marketing lead/sale network
and either; (a) generate a minimum of $50 in monthly revenue or (b) give our
affiliate programs priority* exposure on your website for three consecutive
months.

2) Your newsletters cannot contain; nor link to, adult, racial nor obscene
content (as defined solely by Pulsar Marketing).
3) You must immediately honor all unsubscribe requests.
4) You can send up to 500,000 newsletters (emails) per month.
5) You must allow Pulsar Marketing to send its own separate newsletters to your
subscribers.
*Priority Exposure is defined as
occupying at least 75% of the web site, starting from the top of each page.
